The Trio

Fresh mozzarella on a sun-dried tomato pesto crouton; Turkey meatball stuffed with Fontina cheese in a pool of classic marinara sauce; Lemon ravioli with house-made ricotta cheese and a black pepper-romano cream

With pulled organic chicken, white beans, roasted poblano peppers, cilantro pesto and topped with queso fresco, on a pool of salsa vérde

Spinach and Red Sails lettuces, roasted cauliflower, wild rice, dried apricots, cranberry bread croutons and drizzled with a tarragon-blood orange vinaigrette
