Thanksgiving Catering Menu

ORDERING INFORMATION
Orders must be received no later than Monday, November 24th, 2014
PICKUP TIME
Thanksgiving Eve, Wednesday, November 26, between 4:00 and 6:00 P.M. and Thanksgiving Day, November 27, between 8:30 and 10:45 A.M.

POLICY FOR FULL-SERVICE CATERING
Mumford’s Culinary Center is a full-service catering company. The amount and type of service you require will of course depend on the style of your event, your needs and your budget. We offer full-service catering and event coordination at your location. Delivery, drop-off and carry-out services are available. We can do as much or as little for you event as you’d like. The menu choices shown here offer a starting point for your selection, but we’re happy to customize a menu for you.

Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to event. If the event is cancelled 2 to 4 days prior, customer is responsible for paying for 25 % of the food total. If cancelled the day before or day of the event, customer is responsible for paying for food total and balance will either be charged to the credit card or check or cash must be brought in person.

Inclement Weather in the winter months when snow is predicted, Mumford's will reach out to the customer to make a decision regarding catering. Mumford's needs a full 48 hours notice if you are thinking of canceling or postponing the catering. If the decision is to go ahead with the catering, the customer is then responsible for payment in full, no matter what the weather brings

By providing your credit card number, you are agreeing to these terms.

 SERVICE

Your menu selection and style of service desired will determine the cost of labor. Service is billed at $25/hour per server/chef/bartender  (with a minimum of 4 hours). (Note that service for weddings is $165.00 per server/chef/bartender for up to 7 hours.) Server/chef/bartender fees are paid separately from food bill.




DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A credit card number is required for confirmation of contract. We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard and American Express. For credit card payments, a 3% surcharge applies for totals over $200.00. All payments for services rendered must be paid at the end of y our event, unless prior arrangements have been made with Chris Mumford.

GUARANTEE
The total number of people in attendance at your event is required 7 days prior to the function. This total will be considered final and is not subject to reduction. Should your guest count increase, you will be billed for additional guests at the rate agreed upon in the contract.

Mumford’s Culinary Center is a full-service catering company.
Delivery, drop-off and carry-out services are available for corporate functions.
We can do as much or as little catering for your function as you’d like.
